Cookies for Santa
Made this for my kids--for "Santa" to have cookies. Believe it or not, the plate was not turned. I did the entire thing with a scroll saw. I first cut out the entire plate, then did the inside portion at an angle so I could push it through and it would stick. Then a quick router to the edge for a curve and sanding. I used a Salad Bowl Finish on it so "Santa" could eat off it and not get sick.
Define Good
Cute little Christmas display. The cutting is out of walnut and the base is out of Tulipwood.

Summer/Independence Day
Deer scene
I am not 100% sure what type of wood this was made from. I used a scrap from a bin. When I grabbed the piece, I thought it was Walnut. However, with the finish on it, it is not as dark as Walnut normal is. I do know that the base is Mahogany.
Gone Fishin'
The inside is Cherry. The frame is stained Oak.
